Positive Morning Prayers

(some scriptures are paraphrased)

1) Father I come to you in the name of Jesus Christ, and I ask you to please bless this day. Bless all of my family and friends including myself. Bless me on the highway, at work and throughout the day. Jesus, I am determined to live under the blessings.

2) “Now, oh Lord God, give me a discerning heart to distinguish right from wrong. Create in me a pure heart and renew a steadfast spirit within me.” Taken from 1 Kings 3:7 and Psalm 51:10

3) “Oh Lord, grant me the wisdom, understanding and knowledge of your ways, for they are more profitable than silver or gold and more precious than rubies.”

Prayer of Protection

1) Father, I come to you in the name of Jesus Christ. Please put your hedge of protection around me; protect me from all things evil that will harm my body, mind, and spirit. Command your angels concerning me to guard me in all my ways so I do not strike my foot against a stone. Father, I pray your will is done in my life and not mine. Amen.

Prayers from the Heart

1) Father, I come to you in the name of Jesus Christ. Let the words of my mouth and the meditations of my heart be acceptable in thy sight, O Lord, my strength and my redeemer. May everything I say today glorify you and sow good seed into the lives of others. Amen

2) Father, I come to you in the name of Jesus Christ. Rekindle the longing in my heart for You and place in the hearts of those I love the same longing. Amen

3) Father, I come to you in the name of Jesus Christ. I humble myself before You, and I cast every care upon You. Let me exalt You in Word and deed today. Amen

4) I pray oh lord that you would bless me indeed, that you would enlarge my territory, that your hand be with me and that you would keep me from evil. Amen.

Prayers for Healing

Father, I come to you in the name of Jesus Christ, depending on His blood and not my righteousness. I ask you to heal me of_____ because of your promise to meet all my needs through Jesus Christ. You are my Great Physician and promised to heal all my diseases. I boldly claim healing because of the stripes Jesus took for me and His shed blood that bought my salvation. I give you praise and joyfully expect divine health, because of your promises. Thank you for healing me, In Jesus name, Amen.
